The inaugural Waves of Hope Gala was held June 5th at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, Myrtle Beach. 

           The night included a silent auction, delicious dinner, inspiring speakers, music and great fellowship. 

            The gala was part of Carolina Cancer Foundation's dedication to ease the financial and emotional burdens of cancer treatment.

         What distinguishes our work is our direct investment in the lives of patients—100% of the funds raised from the Waves of Hope Gala will be returned to individuals and families in our community, offering essential assistance during one of the most challenging periods of their lives. 

          Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and guests, the Waves of Hope gala raised more than $160,000 to assist cancer patients in Horry and Georgetown counties.
